Independence Day was celebrated with tremendous enthusiasm by the Staff and Students of the School. The morning assembly began with the hoisting of the Indian tri-colour by respected Director Madam in the presence of the Principal, Headmistress, Staff, Students, Ex-Students, and Parents to the tune of our National Anthem.
The Independence day was dedicated to the teachings and vision for India of our former President, Late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam who was always closely connected with the youth of the nation.
A colourful program was organized by the students to celebrate Independence Day and remind one another to work hard with honesty and dedication and steer our nation to dizzying heights in every field.
The highlight of the show was an energetic performance by the ZUMBA team which showcased dance exercise routines to the beat of pulsating music.
The program enthralled the audience who appreciated the efforts of students and the organizing teams.
In the end, the Principal addressed the gathering with a Vote of Thanks.
